About The Position

The Floor Supervisor at Calvin Klein leads the sales floor and supports the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience. This role serves as a key holder and leader on duty, taking ownership of opening and closing the store, driving sales performance, and coaching associates in real time. The supervisor builds customer connections through welcoming, engaging interactions and represents the Calvin Klein brand through product knowledge and brand enthusiasm. The role also supports store presentation by processing, restocking, and remerchandising in alignment with the brand’s vision. Teamwork, inclusion, and a commitment to shared goals are central to the position.

Requirements

• Friendliness, organization, and time-management skills.
• Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
• Energy and excitement around shared goals and values.
• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
