About The Position

The Floor Supervisor at TOMMY HILFIGER helps deliver an exceptional store experience by leading on the sales floor, driving sales performance, and supporting the management team. The role serves as a key holder and leader on duty, including opening and closing the store, coaching associates in real time, and assisting with daily operations. The supervisor engages customers with a warm, helpful approach, represents the brand and its campaigns, and supports store tasks such as processing inventory, replenishing shelves, and cashiering.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
Energy and excitement around the brand’s goals and values.
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Open and close the store as a key holder and leader on duty.
Drive sales performance and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
Coach associates in real time and lead by example on the sales floor.
Engage customers in helpful conversations that inspire sales and build brand affinity.
Stay current on campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
Process new inventory, restock shelves, cashier, and perform other sales-floor tasks.
Support daily store operations and resolve issues as they arise.
