About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a Floor Supervisor to deliver an excellent customer experience, support sales-floor and back-of-house operations, and uphold the brand’s standards. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, this role leads on the sales floor, drives daily sales goals, and helps create a motivating and inclusive team environment. The Floor Supervisor serves as a key holder and leader on duty, taking responsibility for opening and closing the store, supporting the management team, and coaching associates in real time. The position also involves representing the brand and its campaigns and product launches, processing new inventory, restocking, and cashiering. The role requires prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, reaching, and squatting, and carrying up to 20 pounds. Flexible scheduling includes availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
