About The Position

The Floor Supervisor at TOMMY HILFIGER delivers a high-quality customer experience and supports the brand’s standards on the sales floor and behind the scenes. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, this role leads daily sales efforts, helps create a motivating and inclusive team environment, and supports store operations. The position involves serving as a key holder and leader on duty, promoting the brand and its products, and assisting with inventory, replenishment, and checkout tasks.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage sales and build brand loyalty.
Open and close the store and serve as a leader on duty.
Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
Stay informed about campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
Process new inventory, restock shelves, cashier, and perform other sales-floor tasks.
Support a motivating and inclusive team environment and uphold brand standards.
