About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a part-time Floor Supervisor to deliver an excellent customer experience and uphold the brand’s standards on the sales floor and behind the scenes. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, the Floor Supervisor takes a leadership role in driving daily sales goals and supporting a motivating, inclusive team environment. The role includes serving as a key holder and leader on duty, opening and closing the store, supporting daily operations, and coaching associates. The supervisor also helps customers, promotes the brand and its products, and performs sales-floor and inventory tasks.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, helpful customer service that encourages conversation, sales, and customer loyalty.
Open and close the store as a key holder and leader on duty.
Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
Stay informed about campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
Process new inventory, restock shelves, and operate the cash register.
Support daily store operations and contribute to an inclusive, motivating team environment.
