About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a passionate Floor Supervisor to deliver an excellent customer experience and support sales-floor and behind-the-scenes operations while upholding brand standards. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, the Floor Supervisor takes a leadership role in driving daily sales goals and supporting a motivating, inclusive team environment. The role includes serving as a key holder and leader on duty, opening and closing the store, coaching associates, supporting store operations, and representing the brand to customers. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule that includes availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. The listed pay range is $19.90–$25.15. Benefits are subject to eligibility, location, and length of employment.

Requirements

• Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
• Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
• Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage sales and build brand loyalty.
• Open and close the store and take ownership as key holder and leader on duty.
• Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
• Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
• Stay informed about campaigns and product launches and communicate the brand vision to customers.
• Process new inventory, restock shelves, cashier, and perform other sales-floor tasks.
• Support daily store operations and contribute to a motivating, inclusive team environment.
