About The Position

TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a part-time Floor Supervisor to deliver an excellent customer experience and support sales-floor and behind-the-scenes operations while upholding the brand’s standards. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, the Floor Supervisor takes a leadership role in driving daily sales goals and helping create a motivating, inclusive team environment. The role includes opening and closing the store, acting as a leader on duty, coaching associates, supporting daily operations, and representing the brand to customers.

Requirements

Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment, and supporting daily operations.
Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
Ability to carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Create warm, helpful customer interactions that encourage sales and build brand loyalty.
Open and close the store and serve as a key holder and leader on duty.
Drive sales performance and daily sales goals.
Coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
Stay informed about campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
Process new inventory, restock shelves, operate the cash register, and perform other sales-floor tasks.
Help maintain a motivating and inclusive team environment.
Support daily store operations and resolve issues as they arise.
