About The Position

Tommy Bahama is hiring a Floor Supervisor to support store leadership and represent the brand as an ambassador. The role helps inspire the team to work together toward business goals, foster a fun and welcoming environment, exceed guest expectations, and provide guests with knowledge of the latest designs and world-class service.

The Floor Supervisor executes merchandising and visual standards, sets performance expectations, coaches team members, and supports internal growth. The role communicates brand direction and seasonal product knowledge, and helps hire and develop a collaborative team to achieve key results. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the business.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, including exposure to retail merchandising and visual concepts.
• Experience supervising a team in a management capacity.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• A get-things-done mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to a variety of styles.
• Ability to collaborate, identify opportunities, and take initiative.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling; occasional ladder climbing; and standing for the duration of a shift, up to 8 hours.
• Availability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
