In Concessions, Floor Staff operate the POS system, manage payments and concession inventory, promote the Regal Crown Club, and operate, prepare, and clean concession equipment. They suggestively sell products, comply with food-safety laws and rules regarding breaks and meal periods, and maintain current alcohol certification and training when applicable. Employees assigned to sell or serve alcohol must meet the applicable legal-age requirement. They must also read and understand training materials covering topics such as sexual harassment and discrimination. They inspect auditoriums for picture and sound quality, film and content theft, and safety; report problems or unusual situations to management; perform auxiliary concession sales as directed; clean auditoriums, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and other areas; monitor vending equipment; and assist with assigned opening and closing duties.
