About The Position

Floor Staff team members are classified according to theatre needs and employee availability as variable-hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly employees. Their primary responsibility is ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. The position pays $12 per hour. All positions involve regular and consistent attendance, responding to emergency situations when called upon, general cleaning, and following the company dress code. Duties vary by assignment. Ushers direct guests, monitor auditoriums and equipment, enforce rating policies, assist with crowd control, perform cleaning and auxiliary sales, report issues to management, and help with opening and closing duties.
