About The Position

TEKsystems is seeking a confident, customer-focused Floating Bank Teller to provide service to members and prospective members while covering multiple branch locations in the Aurora, Colorado area. The home branch is at 1125 South Tower Road, Aurora, CO 80017, with floating coverage required at branches in Centennial, Lakewood, and Thornton, Colorado. The role involves helping members with financial products and services, handling cash transactions, identifying needs, recommending suitable solutions, and building positive member relationships. This is an onsite contract position based in Aurora, Colorado.

Requirements

• Previous customer service, customer support, or other customer-facing experience.
• Comfort starting conversations and interacting with a variety of people.
• Confidence recommending solutions and handling rejection professionally.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and offer alternative solutions when appropriate.
• Willingness and ability to provide floating coverage at the required branch locations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cash handling.
• Some knowledge of banking, financial services, or related financial products.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to members and prospective members.
• Assist members with checking and savings accounts, certificates, IRAs, trust and estate accounts, lending products, and credit and debit cards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow established procedures.
• Understand member needs and present appropriate products, services, or alternative solutions.
• Communicate confidently with members and help resolve questions or concerns.
• Build positive member relationships through excellent service and proactive communication.
• Provide floating coverage at multiple branch locations as business needs require.
