About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller to join its National Branch Network at the Southlands Aurora location. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions. The Teller accurately processes transactions while providing a welcoming, reliable experience and representing the branch with strong service, attention to detail, and genuine care. The role builds foundational banking skills by learning about customers’ needs and introducing helpful products, services, and digital tools. The Teller identifies opportunities to support customers and connects them with the appropriate banker for detailed product conversations. Working closely with branch teammates, the Teller helps keep daily operations running smoothly and provides a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The position offers exposure to retail banking and potential for long-term growth and career mobility, supported by Wells Fargo training, coaching, and a team-based culture. The position is located at 23962 E Prospect Ave, Aurora, CO 80016. The schedule will include Saturdays. The role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. The base pay range is $20.00–$26.00; employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process transactions and engage customers with care to deliver a positive and reliable branch experience.
Process routine service transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build relationships and actively listen to understand everyday financial needs; connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in line with policies and controls.
Use communication and active listening skills to clarify needs and provide clear, simple solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues to support timely resolution.
Follow applicable Wells Fargo policies, procedures, and risk and compliance requirements, including timely escalation and remediation of issues.
