About The Position

Responsible for daily jobsite deliveries as scheduled, as well as installing and servicing products at specified jobsites. The position follows standard work methods and company policies and practices safe work habits to ensure installations are efficient and safe, under the direction of the assigned Lead Installer. The role requires daily travel, with occasional overnight travel at the company’s discretion, and frequent overtime. Start and stop times vary on the first shift.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency with a tape measure; ability to accurately read one.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand and follow detailed verbal and written installation and service requests.
Ability to direct questions to the appropriate person.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision.
Critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills.
Basic computer, tablet, and smartphone/iPhone skills.
Working knowledge of required software.
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
Clean motor vehicle report (MVR).
Ability to multitask, work with minimal supervision, and work under stress or pressure with tight deadlines.
Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to be assertive, motivated, flexible, and reliable, and to work independently or with a team.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of trade-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver daily jobsite materials as scheduled.
Work with the installation team to safely remove and/or install products to the highest standard.
Complete installations according to company expectations and leave each jobsite clean and orderly.
Evaluate scheduled jobs daily and work with the Lead Installer to ensure required materials, tools, and supplies are available on assigned vehicles.
Complete installation documents as directed.
Obtain customer signatures and delivery receipts when the installation team has scheduled deliveries.
Accurately complete and submit installation recaps for review.
Notify dealers of job completion by phone or email.
Assist the Install Lead with driving responsibilities.
Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned vehicle and jobsite.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Install Manager.
