About The Position
As a Fleet Support Administrator at SIXT, you will support smooth and efficient fleet operations by managing repairs, overseeing work orders, and coordinating the day-to-day running of the fleet. You will help ensure vehicles are available and ready for customers, assist with maintenance and repair coordination, and track fleet activity. The role offers a starting salary of $18.50 per hour, flexible hours, and growth opportunities. The schedule is 40 hours per week and may include day or evening shifts. Travel of 5–10% is expected, and some travel may be by airplane. Employees must be willing to wear a company uniform.
Requirements
- Strong analytical abilities, including experience conducting in-depth reporting and analysis and delivering data-driven insights to improve fleet operations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate as a team player in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts.
- Willingness to travel 5–10%, including possible air travel.
- Willingness to wear a company uniform.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability.
- Coordinate timely repairs with dealerships and body shops.
- Assist the Fleet Manager with scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
- Prepare new vehicles for rental by adding documentation, decals, and tags and entering the vehicles into the inventory system.
- Prepare vehicles for disposal by completing condition reports, verifying equipment, and coordinating necessary repairs.
- Monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements and cleaning schedules, and plan for future fleet demand.
