About The Position

As a Fleet Support Administrator at SIXT, you will help ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations by managing repairs, overseeing work orders, and coordinating daily fleet activities. The role includes maintaining vehicle availability, preparing vehicles for rental and disposal, and tracking fleet-related shift activities. The position offers flexible hours, growth opportunities, and a starting salary of $18.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong analytical abilities and experience providing data-driven insights and conducting in-depth reporting and analysis.
• Strong organizational skills to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts.
• Willingness to travel 5–10%, including some air travel.
• Willingness to wear a company uniform.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability.
• Coordinate timely repairs with dealerships and body shops.
• Assist the Fleet Manager with maintenance and repair scheduling, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental by adding documentation, decals, and tags and entering vehicles into the inventory system.
• Prepare vehicles for disposal by completing condition reports, verifying equipment, and coordinating necessary repairs.
• Monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and planning for future fleet demand.
