About The Position

As a Fleet Support Administrator at SIXT, you will help ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations by managing repairs, work orders, vehicle availability, and day-to-day fleet coordination. You will support the Fleet Manager, prepare vehicles for rental and disposal, and monitor shift activities and fleet demand. The role offers flexible hours and a starting salary of $27.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong analytical abilities and experience conducting in-depth reporting and analysis.
• Strong organizational skills managing fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and deliver results.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts.
• Willingness to travel 5–10%, with some travel potentially by airplane.
• Willingness to wear a company uniform.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability.
• Coordinate timely vehicle repairs with dealerships and body shops.
• Assist the Fleet Manager with scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental by adding documentation, decals, and tags and entering them into the inventory system.
• Prepare vehicles for disposal by completing condition reports, verifying equipment, and coordinating necessary repairs.
• Monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and planning for future fleet demand.
