About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring a Fleet Service Advisor for its Service Center Fleet operation in Chicago. The role performs a range of collision-estimating and customer-service duties, including preparing estimates, reviewing repair processes, checking in customer vehicles, completing final paperwork before delivery, administering total-loss processes, and communicating repair plans and vehicle-status updates to customers. The employee must follow Caliber’s safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.

The position pays up to $36 per hour. Caliber describes opportunities for career growth and ongoing training in leadership skills and new technologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of collision-estimating experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
• Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Advanced understanding and knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
• Strong sales orientation.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates.
• Conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork before vehicle delivery, including DRP paperwork and final invoices.
• Finalize total-loss administration.
• Communicate post-repair plans and vehicle-status updates to customers.
• Comply with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.
