About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring for a Fleet Service Advisor in its Fleet - Chicago service center. Requirements

• At least 2 years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company's insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Advanced understanding and knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
• Strong sales orientation.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Ability to reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs.

• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write collision repair estimates.
