Fixed Operations Inventory Specialist
About The Position
Audi Parker is hiring a Fixed Operations Inventory Specialist for McDonald Automotive’s internal distribution franchise, which maintains and delivers aftermarket parts and supplies within the McDonald family of dealerships. Based at the Audi Parker location, this hands-on role includes inventory management, parts ordering, shipping and receiving, warehouse organization, and deliveries. The specialist may deliver items to multiple locations as needed and assist coworkers with parts-related questions. Requirements
- Experience with inventory control, parts ordering, or stock management systems is required.
- Advanced computer skills and experience using multiple software systems are required.
- Familiarity with automotive components, systems, and terminology.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Team-oriented and self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- Forklift certification is required within 90 days of hire if applicable to the position.
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive parts experience, whether at a dealership or in the aftermarket.
- Experience with shipping and receiving.
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
- Post-secondary education in Automotive Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Forklift experience.
