About The Position
At Stretch Zone, the Fitness Sales Associate helps clients pursue their health and wellness goals through the company’s practitioner-assisted stretching membership model. The role combines membership sales with customer service and member engagement. Stretch Zone’s patented equipment and practitioner-assisted stretch method are designed to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and increase athletic performance. No degree or sales experience is required. Stretch Zone provides in-depth training and support. Candidates should have strong communication skills, an interest or passion in wellness, fitness, or helping others, and a willingness to learn new skills. Immediate availability to start is requested.

Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales by introducing guests to the benefits of Stretch Zone.
- Provide customer service by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and addressing member concerns.
- Support member retention through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and a seamless client experience.
- Promote practitioner-assisted stretching, achieve sales goals, encourage add-on sessions, and refine sales techniques.
