About The Position

The Fitness Sales Associate welcomes and engages prospective and current members, presents the Orangetheory Fitness concept, and supports studio sales and operations. The role includes front-desk work, answering phones, giving studio tours, guiding prospective clients through their first workout in coordination with trainers, selling memberships, and following up with prospects. Associates also address member concerns professionally, participate in marketing and outreach events, and help keep the studio clean and organized. The position is suited to someone who is passionate about fitness, positive, personable, team-oriented, and an effective communicator. The employer is an independently owned and operated Orangetheory Fitness franchisee, OT Growth Partners.

Responsibilities

Greet everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers during introductory sessions.
Work at the front desk, including answering phones and communicating with members.
Give studio tours.
Work with trainers to guide prospective clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
Follow up with prospective clients.
Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.
Participate in marketing and outreach events.
Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
Perform other duties as assigned.
