Fitness Sales Associate
About The Position
The Fitness Sales Associate helps share the Orangetheory Fitness concept and promote studio memberships to prospective clients and members. The role is suited to someone who is passionate about fitness, positive, enthusiastic, comfortable communicating with people, and able to work as part of a team. The associate welcomes visitors, introduces consumers to the Orangetheory concept, and supports prospective clients through their first workout in coordination with trainers. The position also includes front-desk and studio upkeep duties, member support, follow-up with prospects, and participation in marketing and outreach events.
Requirements

- Enthusiastic, positive, and comfortable talking to people.
- Ability to thrive as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
- Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers (“intros”).
- Work at the front desk, including answering phones and speaking with members.
- Give studio tours.
- Work with trainers to guide prospective clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Handle members’ concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events.
- Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
