About The Position
StretchLab is a leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, offering clients a personalized experience focused on flexibility, recovery, and long-term wellness. The Front Desk Sales Associate serves as a first point of contact for clients and prospects in a positive, team-oriented studio environment. The role combines customer service, relationship-building, and light sales. Prior fitness or sales experience is not required; training is provided.
Requirements
- Strong people skills and positive energy.
- Comfort talking to clients about memberships; aggressive sales are not required.
- Reliability, organization, and coachability.
- Team-oriented approach and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills.
- Availability for evenings and/or weekends.
- Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients while creating a welcoming environment.
- Book and confirm introductory sessions for new prospects.
- Conduct studio tours and explain memberships and services.
- Follow up with leads by calls, texts, and emails.
- Support membership sales and retention.
- Assist with daily operations and studio cleanliness.
