About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy, people-oriented Sales Associate to help grow its member base and create a positive studio experience. The role focuses on driving sales, supporting members, and representing the BODYBAR brand while working with a motivated team. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including early morning, evening, and weekend shifts, and reports to the Studio Manager.

The Sales Associate owns the studio sales process, including generating leads, following up with prospective members, and converting interest into memberships. The position also builds relationships with members, supports bookings and sales goals, represents the studio at community events, accurately records member bookings and interactions, and helps create a welcoming atmosphere before and after classes.

Requirements

• Positive, high-energy attitude and personality.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication skills.
• Passion for fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, follow up with prospective members, and convert interest into memberships.
• Build strong member relationships through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Meet daily goals for bookings, outreach, and membership sales.

• Accurately log member bookings and interactions.
