About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy, people-loving Sales Associate to help grow its member base and create a welcoming studio experience. The associate drives sales, supports members, and represents the BODYBAR brand while working with a motivated team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, including early morning, evening, and weekend shifts, and reports to the Studio Manager.

Requirements

• Positive, high-energy attitude and personality.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication skills.
• Passion for fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficiency with computers and studio software.

Nice To Haves

• Retail and/or fitness sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the studio sales process by generating leads, following up, and converting interest into memberships.
• Build relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Meet daily goals for bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow its community presence.
• Accurately log member bookings and interactions.
• Engage with members before and after class to create a welcoming studio experience.
