About The Position

At Tenaris, the Fise Representative joins a global network of professionals working together to shape the future of energy through advanced tubular products and services. The role helps provide technical assistance to final customers, ensuring the correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections. It checks and follows up on feedback gathered from the field about product performance and other information valuable to Tenaris.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on the correct use of TenarisHydril recommended practices, and control and ensure well-site preparation, running, and repair of Tenaris Premium Connections to prevent potential problems and incidents and support safer, efficient product installation.
• Provide technical support and liaise directly with customer representatives to help ensure products are installed efficiently and perform to their design potential.
• Provide customers’ representatives at rig sites with a general overview of Tenaris using the company’s internet sites, information, and other materials applicable to the operation or region.
• Follow up with customer representatives on their perceptions of Tenaris products and services to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date training and knowledge of Tenaris standards and procedures in line with FISE training curricula.
• Complete service reports accurately and on time, in hard copy and electronically, including running assistance reports, miscellaneous reports, log time, inspection, service tickets, and specific dopeless and visit reports.
• Provide field and industry feedback about perceptions and attitudes toward Tenaris and competitors’ products, services, and technical innovations; establish files and add competitor product and technical innovation information to the office reference library.
• Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Protect facilities, equipment, and other assigned physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse.
