About The Position

The Fise Representative provides technical assistance to final customers to ensure the correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections. The role checks and follows up on feedback gathered in the field about product performance and other information relevant to Tenaris. It supports safe, efficient installation and optimum product performance through technical assistance at well sites, customer liaison, and ongoing field feedback.

Responsibilities

• Ensure TenarisHydril recommended practices are followed, including well-site preparation, running, and repair of Tenaris Premium Connections, to help prevent problems and incidents and promote safer, more efficient installations.
• Provide technical support and liaise directly with customer representatives to help ensure products are installed efficiently and perform to their design potential.
• Provide customers’ representatives at rig sites with a general overview of Tenaris using company websites, information, and other materials relevant to the operation or region.
• Follow up with customers’ representatives on their perceptions of Tenaris products and services to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date training and knowledge of Tenaris standards and procedures according to the FISE training curricula.
• Complete service reports accurately and on time, both in hard copy and electronically, including running assistance reports, miscellaneous reports, log time, inspections, service tickets, and specific dopeless and visit reports.
• Provide field and industry feedback about perceptions of Tenaris and competitors’ products, services, and technical innovations; maintain files and add competitor product and innovation information to the office reference library.
• Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, management standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Protect assigned facilities, equipment, and other physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse.
