About The Position

The Fise Representative provides technical assistance to final customers to ensure the correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections. The role monitors and follows up on feedback from the field about product performance and other field information relevant to Tenaris. Based in Casper, Wyoming, the position is in the Supply Chain department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct use of TenarisHydril recommended practices, including well-site preparation, running, and repair of Tenaris Premium Connections, to help prevent problems and incidents and support safe, efficient installation.
• Provide technical support and liaise directly with customer representatives to help ensure products are installed efficiently and perform to their design potential.
• Provide customer representatives at rig sites with a general overview of Tenaris using company websites, information, and other materials relevant to the operation or region.
• Follow up with customer representatives on their perceptions of Tenaris products and services and identify potential areas for improvement.
• Maintain current training and knowledge of Tenaris standards and procedures according to FISE training curricula.
• Complete service reports in a timely manner, in hard copy and electronically, including running assistance reports, miscellaneous reports, log time, inspections, service tickets, and specific dopeless and visit reports.
• Provide field and industry feedback about perceptions of Tenaris and competitors, including products, services, and technical innovations; establish files and add competitor product and technical innovation information to the office reference library.
• Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations in the area of responsibility.
• Protect assigned facilities, equipment, and other physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse.
