Fire Suppression Service Technician
About The Position
Perform service and repairs on kitchen hood systems and other related building system products at customer sites. Service, troubleshoot, and install equipment from multiple manufacturers, including Simplex and ANSUL. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software and systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. Manage daily service calls, customer activity, and system products. Assist customers with questions and concerns promptly and professionally, participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service, and inspect suppression gas systems according to contract requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Outstanding customer-facing service and problem-solving skills.
- PC skills, including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Nice To Haves
- Experience installing and servicing ANSUL, PyroChem, and Piranha systems.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and REAL ID.
