About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a fintech startup. You will own, build, and run your startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. You will follow a customized personal development programme designed by unicorn founders, with a focus on goal, time, and energy management.

The company offers either a salary while you build your startup as a direct employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder and investor community, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, guidance in reaching product-market fit, and assistance building a sales force or marketing engine. You will also receive intensive coaching and support to prepare for raising millions in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
