About The Position
EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own fintech startups. The selected candidate will own, build, and run a startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue and building a €1B+ company. The role includes an extensive personal development journey and a fully customised programme designed by unicorn founders to improve goal, time, and energy management. The candidate may receive a salary while building the startup as an employee of EWOR, or alternatively opt for up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR offers weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, support with hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals, product-market-fit and sales or marketing support, and intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions. Funding support is provided to help secure a multi-million-euro round within 12 months; EWOR reports that fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for the startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
