About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as fintech. The role involves owning, building, and running a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The selected founder will undertake a customised personal development programme, receive weekly 1:1 sparring and intensive coaching, and get help with hiring, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and preparing to raise funding. The posting offers either a salary while building the startup through direct employment or the option to receive up to €500k in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as fintech.
• Complete a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with hiring support from a network of more than 50,000 professionals.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
