About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as fintech. The selected entrepreneur will own, build, and run their startup, taking full responsibility for its development and scaling it toward €100M+ in revenue.

The role includes an extensive personal development journey and a fully customised programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. Entrepreneurs receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs, intensive coaching to prepare the startup for fundraising, and support in reaching product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine.

The offer includes a salary while building the startup through direct employment by EWOR, or an alternative option of up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also supports entrepreneurs in securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; the posting says EWOR Fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
