About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own B2B startups, with support from serial entrepreneurs including the founders of Adjust and SumUp. The selected candidate will own, build, and run a startup and may choose either a salary while building the company as a direct EWOR employee or up to €500,000 in funding.

The role includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with recruiting through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides guidance on product-market fit, sales and marketing development, fundraising, and a customised personal development programme. Intensive coaching is intended to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as B2B.
• Follow a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team, with hiring support through EWOR’s professional network.
• Iterate the product with EWOR until reaching product-market fit.
• Develop a sales force or marketing engine, as appropriate.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
