MedTech Co-Founder / CPTO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)
About The Position
EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as MedTech. The selected entrepreneur will own, build, and run their startup, taking full responsibility for its development and scaling it toward €100M+ in revenue. They will follow a customised personal development programme created by unicorn founders, with a focus on goal, time, and energy management. EWOR provides weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs. Fellows receive coaching to prepare their startup to raise funding, support in iterating the product toward product-market fit, and help building a sales force or marketing engine. The offer includes either a salary while building the startup as a direct EWOR employee or the option of up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also supports fundraising, with the aim of helping fellows secure a multi-million-euro round within 12 months.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
