About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as HealthTech. The successful candidate will own, build, and run their startup, taking full responsibility for growing it toward €100M+ in revenue. They will follow a customized personal-development programme designed by unicorn founders and receive support with hiring, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising.

The company offers either a salary while the founder builds their startup as a direct employee or the option of up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder and investor community, hiring support through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions. EWOR also provides funding support, with the goal of securing a multi-million-euro round within 12 months; the posting notes that EWOR Fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
