About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own HealthTech startup. The successful candidate will own, build, and run the startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. They may receive a salary while building their startup as an EWOR employee or opt for up to €500k in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, assistance hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, guidance on distribution and product-market fit, and intensive coaching to prepare for raising a multi-million-euro funding round. Fellows also take part in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in HealthTech or another field.
• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
• Participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team, with hiring support and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Prepare to raise millions in funding, and build a sales force or marketing engine with support.
