About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as logistics. The selected candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The role includes a customised personal development programme, weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, and support with hiring, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising.

The candidate may receive a salary while building the startup as a direct EWOR employee, or alternatively opt for up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also offers access to a founder, peer, and investor community, a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding. Funding support is aimed at securing a multi-million-euro round within 12 months; EWOR Fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
