About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup in fields such as SaaS. The selected candidate will own, build, and run their startup, taking full responsibility for its growth and aiming to scale it to €100M+ in revenue. The company offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as a direct employee or the option to receive up to €500k in funding.

Founders receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. The programme also provides guidance on product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing the startup to raise millions in funding. Participants undertake a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, alongside intensive coaching and advice from serial entrepreneurs.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
