About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own fintech startups. The selected founder will own, build, and run a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The program includes weekly one-to-one sparring, access to a community of founders and investors, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, product and distribution support, and intensive coaching to prepare the startup for fundraising. The founder will follow a customized personal-development program and iterate the product toward product-market fit, while building a sales force or marketing engine.

The role is advertised as 100% remote. Candidates must be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating. The opportunity offers employment with a salary while building the startup, or the alternative of up to €500,000 in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
