About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as fintech. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. They will follow a customised personal development programme designed by unicorn founders, receive ongoing coaching and support, and work toward product-market fit and raising funding.

The role offers either a salary while building the startup through direct employment by EWOR or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder and investor community, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, guidance on distribution and building sales or marketing capabilities, and intensive preparation for fundraising. EWOR states that fellows raise more than €2 million on average after its Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent communication skills in English.
