About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in SaaS. The Co-Founder / CTO will own, build, and run a startup, taking full responsibility for scaling it toward €100M+ in revenue.

The role includes a customised development programme designed by unicorn founders, weekly one-to-one sparring, access to a founder and investor community, and support with hiring, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising. The successful candidate will receive intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding. EWOR offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as a direct employee or the option of up to €500,000 in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as SaaS.
• Participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with hiring support through EWOR’s network of more than 50,000 professionals.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
