About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in SaaS. The selected founder will own, build, and run a startup and receive support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The program includes weekly one-to-one sparring, access to a founder and investor community, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and support with distribution, product-market fit, sales, marketing, and fundraising.

The founder will follow a customized personal development program focused on goal, time, and energy management, and receive intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise funding. EWOR offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as a direct employee or the option of up to €500,000 in funding. Funding support is aimed at helping founders secure a multi-million-euro round within 12 months; the posting says EWOR Fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities
