About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own fintech startups. Selected founders will own, build, and run their startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. They can receive a salary while building their startup as an EWOR employee or opt for up to €500,000 in funding.

Founders receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, hiring support through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance on product-market fit, sales, and marketing. The programme also includes a customised personal-development journey focused on goal, time, and energy management, intensive coaching to prepare for fundraising, and support in securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as fintech.
• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
• Participate in a customised personal-development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with support from EWOR’s professional network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit and build a sales force or marketing engine.
