About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including ventures in MedTech. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it toward €100M+ in revenue. The programme includes a salary while building the startup through direct employment by EWOR, or the option to receive up to €500k in funding. Participants receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides guidance on product-market fit, sales and marketing, and preparation for multi-million-euro fundraising. Fellows follow a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, alongside advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
