About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own cybersecurity startups. The role involves owning, building, and running a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The founder can choose to receive a salary while building the startup or opt for up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring, access to a founder and investor community, help recruiting through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, guidance toward product-market fit and sales or marketing development, and coaching to prepare for a multi-million-euro funding round. The role also includes a customized personal development program focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in cybersecurity or a related field.
• Participate in a customized personal development program focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with support from EWOR’s professional network.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Develop a sales force or marketing engine with EWOR’s support.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding.
