EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including ventures in B2B. The Co-Founder / CCO will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it. The role includes an extensive personal-development journey and a customised programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. Founders receive support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, guidance and best practices from serial entrepreneurs, intensive coaching to prepare for raising millions in funding, and support iterating the product toward product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine. The company offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as a direct employee, or the option of up to €500,000 in funding. Additional support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, help reaching product-market fit, and funding support aimed at securing a multi-million-euro round within 12 months. The posting states that EWOR Fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.
