About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in fields such as AI. The role involves owning, building, and running a startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue and building a €1B+ company. Successful candidates may be directly employed and receive a salary while building their startup, or may opt for up to €500k in funding.

The programme offers weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with recruiting through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. Fellows receive help with product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing to raise millions in funding. They also take part in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, with intensive coaching from serial entrepreneurs.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
