About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in fields such as AI. You will own, build, and run your startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. You may receive a salary while building your startup as an employee of EWOR or opt for up to €500k in funding.

The support offering includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders; access to a community of founders, peers, and investors; support hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals; help reaching product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine; and intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding. Fellows also undertake a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. EWOR states that Fellows raise more than €2M on average after its Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent communication skills in English.
