About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup in AI Infrastructure, taking full ownership of building and running the company. The role includes a salary while building the startup through direct employment, or the alternative of up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, assistance with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and help achieving product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities. Fellows also receive coaching and support to prepare for multi-million-euro fundraising. The programme includes a customised personal-development journey focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for the startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as AI Infrastructure.
• Participate in a customised personal-development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with hiring support from the company's network of more than 50,000 professionals.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
